Brands
Will the creator post and vanish?
Payment only releases when you approve what was submitted, and the live post link is part of the deliverable. If a creator goes quiet past the due date you cancel, and the reserved money is yours again.
What if the content isn't what we asked for?
Two revision requests per deliverable, written on the submission. If it's still wrong it becomes a dispute, and our team decides release, refund or split from the brief and the thread.
Who picks the creators?
You do. We rank and show our reasoning across eight factors; you invite who you want and approve who you want from the requests. Nothing is auto-assigned.
Do we get a GST invoice?
Yes, for the amount funded and for our fee, generated automatically and downloadable from Payments.
Creators
Will the brand ghost me after I post?
The money was reserved before you were invited, and once your work is approved it moves to your wallet without anyone needing to remember to pay you. If a brand sits on a submission past the review window, it escalates to us.
Unlimited revisions?
No. Two per deliverable, counted on your screen and theirs. A third request goes to a dispute, not to you at 1am.
What's your cut?
A flat 10% platform fee on the agreed amount, shown as a net figure on every offer before you accept. No subscription, no listing fee, nothing charged to request a campaign.
Aadhaar or PAN needed?
No KYC documents. Add a bank account, we verify it with a ₹1 penny-drop. PAN is optional and only used to issue your TDS certificate.
