This refund policy applies to payments made to Technicus Infotech LLP for CollabVilla (“CollabVilla”, “we”, “us”), including campaign funding, platform fees and any other paid service on the CollabVilla website, app or brand portal. Please read it before you pay.
1. Confirmed orders are not refundable
An order is confirmed as soon as your payment is successfully received and the campaign or service is confirmed on CollabVilla.
Once an order is confirmed, no refund will be made. This applies to the campaign amount, our platform fee and GST, whether or not the campaign has started, and whether or not all creator slots are filled.
Please check your brief, number of creator slots, fees and dates carefully before you pay. The full amount payable is shown to you before you confirm.
2. Cancelling before you pay
You can edit or discard a campaign draft at any time before payment at no cost. Nothing is charged until you complete payment.
3. Failed, duplicate or excess payments
These are not refunds of a confirmed order, and we will always return them:
- Failed payment: if money is debited from your account but the payment fails or the order is not confirmed, the amount is reversed to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
- Duplicate or excess payment: if you are charged twice for the same order, or charged more than the amount shown at checkout, write to us with the transaction details and we will return the extra amount to the original payment method within 7 working days of confirming it.
4. Creators
Creators do not pay CollabVilla to sign up, request campaigns or receive payouts, so this policy does not apply to Creator earnings. How Creator payouts work is set out in our Terms of Use.
