About the role
Creators are half of CollabVilla. You'll be the person who finds them, gets them set up, and makes sure their first collab goes well enough that they tell their friends. You'll spend your days on Instagram and YouTube, on calls and on WhatsApp with creators across Bihar, Jharkhand, UP and beyond.
What you'll do
- Find and sign up creators across beauty, food, fashion, tech, travel and regional-language content
- Walk new creators through setup: profile, bank verification and their first campaign request
- Be the first point of contact when a creator has a question about a brief, a revision or a payout
- Collect feedback from creators and turn it into clear notes for the product team
- Keep our creator database clean and up to date
What we're looking for
- You follow creators closely and can tell the difference between real engagement and bought followers
- Clear, friendly communication in Hindi and English, written and spoken
- Organised: you follow up without being reminded
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, community, customer support or sales. Freshers with a strong creator-side portfolio are welcome

- You've run a page or channel yourself
- Bhojpuri, Maithili or another regional language
